RE: Assistant Coaches Passes

In an effort to make sure that all the proper passes are given to each head coach whose team is participating in state, we are asking for your help. This form will allow you to list all your assistants who will need a pass for state. The coaches must have a current New Mexico Coaching License in order to receive a pass. Please do not list anyone on this form who is not an assistant coach for your team.
